Aromatherapy Massage is a relaxing, stress and the pain-relieving massage that uses essential oils derived from plants to affect your mood and muscle manipulation to alleviate pain. The therapist will work with the client to find out how deep a tissue massage is and in what areas to spend extra time focusing on alleviating painful muscle spasms that are a source of chronic or acute pain flair-ups within the body. Great restorative decompressing therapy promotes relaxation and sleep. There are several choices of organic essential oils that we have available (extracted from herbs, flowers, resin, wood, and roots) that can be added to our organic unscented massage oils. REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a holistic treatment based on the premise that reflex zones in the feet correspond to all body systems. Pressure is applied to different zones to promote healing and overall well-being. Qi, pronounced (chee), also known as vital energy, is believed to be blocked when the body is under stress.
